By purchasing or accessing The 30-Minute Strength System ("the Program") from Dev Dad ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. The Product

The 30-Minute Strength System is a 12-week digital fitness program delivered via a web application. Upon completing your purchase, you receive lifetime access to the Program for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Payment and Pricing

The Program is sold at a one-time price. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email after a successful purchase.

Founding Member pricing is available for a limited number of spots. Once those spots are filled, the price may increase. Your purchase locks in your price permanently.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you complete at least one week of the Program and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds will not be issued after 14 days from the purchase date. To request a refund, email us at devdad.desk@gmail.com with your order details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the Program — including workout plans, exercise instructions, coaching scripts, and application code — is the intellectual property of Dev Dad. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Program content
• Resell or sublicense access to the Program
• Use Program content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Health Disclaimer

The 30-Minute Strength System is a fitness program for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before beginning any exercise program, consult with a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries. By participating in this Program, you assume all risks associated with physical exercise.

6. Results Disclaimer

Results from the Program vary based on individual effort, consistency, nutrition, sleep, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Any testimonials or examples shown represent exceptional results and are not typical.

7. Account and Access

Your purchase grants you personal, non-transferable access to the Program. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of abuse, sharing, or violation of these terms.

8. Modifications to the Program

We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve the Program at any time. These changes will generally benefit existing users. We will not remove core Program content without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
